Ingredients
| 4 | Tablespoons | chilled fresh peach puree or nectar | |

| 1 | Tablespoon | peach liqueur such as Schnapps (optional) | |
|
|
|||
| 6 | ounces | chilled champagne or sparkling wine (Prosecco is the authentic choice) | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Pour peach puree or nectar into a champagne flute.
Add optional peach liqueur.
Top with chilled champagne.
