Deviled Ham and Eggs
Yield: 12 pieces
Ingredients
| 6 | hard cooked eggs, peeled | ||

|||
| 1 | cup | finely chopped ham | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | sweet pickle relish | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | vinegar | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | fresh chopped chives | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and place in bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients, except chives; mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves; sprinkle with chives.
